I love the idea of bringing your summer garden inside. It can be tricky using floral prints without over doing it, but the key is to maintain balance in your space. Try to showcase your floral accent by pairing with neutral elements. Use the colors in your floral print as inspiration by pulling neutrals for your larger pieces (upholstered furniture, rug, etc.) and accent colors for accessories (throws, lamps, etc.). Also, pairing the feminine floral print with a contrasting masculine print, like a bold stripe or hound’s-tooth, can create extreme interest. To add elegance to a fun print, incorporate gold accents through mirrors, tables, and accessories. Garden Glam achieved!
