Care:
Machine wash, cold water using a mild detergent. Tumble dry on lowest heat setting or professionally dry clean. Note: For down/feather product it also is good to use 2 clean tennis balls as you dry it to minimize clumps and allow down to fluff back up.

Custom upholstery is made to order for you and right now is taking 8-12 weeks to ship from the manufacturer and is not returnable. Please note this does not include delivery times which can take an additional 4 weeks. If upholstery fabrics or frames are backordered, we will notify you ASAP with options to reselect or cancel your order.
In stock lighting & decor, bedding, rugs and tabletop ship from the manufacturer within 8-12 weeks.
In stock furniture and oversized accessories ship from the manufacturer within 8-12 weeks.
Backordered items will be noted on the product page in red. We are striving to give you the best possible customer service with no surprises, from selection to delivery of your items. Custom merchandise
GDC does not accept returns on custom upholstery. Custom upholstery is made to order for you and may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. For that reason, please make sure to measure all doorways to ensure your items will fit and be aware that upholstery dye lots may vary. Contact customerservice@gdchome.com if you need to match dye lots.
Oversized merchandise
Items delivered via freight or a delivery service are returnable (excluding the above-mentioned custom merchandise). These items are eligible for full refund to original form of payment within 7 days of receipt. Delivery fees and shipping charges are NOT refundable. One may incur a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price.
