How to prepare for and accept your large piece delivery

In home delivery service

Your order is brought to your home by a skilled, in-home delivery crew. You will be contacted directly by them to arrange delivery. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Your items will be assembled where applicable, placed in your home in the desired location, and all of the packing trash will be taken away. Customers must clear the pathway and destination. Delivery crew cannot move or rearrange existing furniture, pictures, mirrors, rugs, or electronics.

Customers must inspect pieces upon delivery. Your signature is required at the time of delivery. Any damages must be noted at this time. Damaged merchandise must be refused and sent back with the carrier or delivery service for inspection. Please use the online return form to alert us immediately if damage is discovered. WE CANNOT ACCEPT DAMAGED RETURNS IF THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR AND ACCEPTED.

Replacements/restorations will be handled on a case by case basis. Please note that photos of damaged merchandise and packaging may be requested.

Freight or threshold delivery

Your order will arrive on a large truck and will be placed in the closest covered area outside your home.

If signature is required customers must inspect pieces at that time. Damaged merchandise must be refused and sent back with the carrier or delivery service for inspection. Please use the online return form to alert us immediately if damage is discovered. WE CANNOT ACCEPT DAMAGED RETURNS IF THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR AND ACCEPTED.
